Teppermans Teppermans cornerstone Bought new tv broke under 30 days and no return policy only lengthy repair Windsor Nationwide
Bought a Brand new RCA 55 inch television from teppermans on febuary 29 tv started having a dead pixel issue which is a faulty board inside the televuision and the only option teppermans has given me with a tv that was less then 40 days old teppermans dont want to touch my tv told me to take it to a repair shop who has now sent my tv away for repair when it is still under teppermans warrenty as well as manufacturers warrenty. Usualy for this type of item they would call it a DOA defective opon arival television set, Costomer service has been terrible, warrenty service is a complete farce. Teppers is a joke steer clear of these ripoff artists.
