Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
We purchased a Sony Wii from Terry Smith on OLA.com (ONLINEAUCTION.COM), and sent a money order for over $300.00 and never received the item. After contacting OLA.com, we found that the registration information Terry Smith used to register was fraudulent, and that he had de-frauded numerous other individuals using the same tactics.

Since we live in Texas, how do we get someone (the authorities) in Atlanta to get this guy? Isn't what he's been doing to people a felony? Is it a federal or state charge (or both)?

If anyone can help me with some info, please contact me at (((REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES)))

You did get ripped off, since Nintendo makes the Wii. And you can get it anywhere for $249. Contact your AG's office, they'll tell you what you can do. And if you used a credit card, call your company and they might kill it for you.
