This company has not only decieved middle class consumers who are trying to achieve a better income to care for families. But have also discredited The United States Postal Office. Just beware of the charm this company claims to be. I am a mother of 3 and truly wanted to achieve a goal in a postal career. This company has not only robbed me of monies hard to come by they have also made ones hopes to be false. I will be writing and contacting all the higher officials peoples to get my refund. 1. It says in the "local" ad you find the number to call that the company is not affiliated with the USPS. 2. It says on the recording that the Post Office does NOT endorse any 3rd party companies. 3. They state a refund policy, which I'll cover for you: You will be refunded up on your request IF: 1. You fail the exam 2. You are NOT offered a job on your first interview 3. Complete your first full week as a new Postal Employee And then they even added a bonus in there for you: 4. If there are no job openings within 100 miles within 12 months (requiring the postal exam 460, 473, or 473-C) 4. They ask you, they do NOT demand or tell you this is the process that you HAVE to go through. YOU chose to pull your debit card out. Now why don't you grow up and call and ask them how to help you move forward instead of crying about your refund. They have an excellent customer service department which is more than happy and willing to assist you! Instead of whining about a refund right now, ask them pleasantly how to move forward to become eligible for your refund. It truly is NOT that difficult and the representatives there are all very kind and willing to assist! Give them a chance instead to help you go forward, as you are the one that purchased the materials and agreed to the process in the first place. I mean seriously, you are applying for a position with the United States Postal Service! It's not like walking into McDonald's with a paper application that you can turn in to the manager! Appreciate that someone is trying to help your score which determines whether or not you will even get a call back. I hope this helps!
