Texas Back Institute All Thay Want Is Easy Fixes Ans Private Insurance Patients Dont Care bout Your Health Plano Texas
I have had two back surgery's and needed a third to fix the second surgery that failed. I was sent to this place by the Workers Comp Insurance Comp. and my verbal agreement that this was supposed to be the best and some place we both agreed upon and Who had already approved any operation needed to fix the second one that failed rare that the Workers Comp. insurance Comp. pre. approve I know. I seen there Doctor named Dr. Jack Zigler man what a joke this place was, first of all I was there 30 minutes ahead of my appointment,had already filled the pre.patient forms out of the internet,and still waited a hour and a half to see this quack who said that I was fat,a pill head and just pretty much be whittled me in front of my wife. I am 7 foot tall and weigh 250 lbs. thats not over weight and I was very much in shape before my injury, and only take Norco and hydrocodine prescribed buy my doctor once a week ,that don't make me a pill head or over weight. You Dr. Jack Zigler our over weight and a joke sir, thanks for nothing and this place you call the Texas Back Institute you and your buddy's started is a joke and when you asked me if I am still on Workers Comp. I told you yes and you knew that they pre. approved the surgery you told me well I really cant help you, I asked you if some one else could that works here you told me that only a few doctors here take Workers Comp. and that you just really feel like that I have been touched to many times for you. Well this is supposed to be the number one place for back injury's and surgery's with a number one staff in the world they are well recognized every where and you even reviewed my case and agreed to see me, well this place only wants easy fixes and private insurance because Workers Comp. only pays the basic bill not this places fought I know but why do you take it then? Private Insurance pays every thing get the Picture! What A joke just stay away from here if you want a real back place or doctor go to U.T. Southwestern in Dallas,Texas. I was told that I would need to find another surgeon for me so I did man I am so much better now thanks for a waist of time Texas Back Institute and a one month waist in time to see you joke of a place.

I am glad to here that he fixed you up after your bad auto accident but like I said I am on workers comp. and that is different from private insurance and suing another insurance company for the medical bills by the way I hope you won because insurance companies should be held responsible for the drivers they insure. Maybe he was in a bad mood I don't know but thats not the Dr. I met that day that you say he is. I do feel a little bad for him because there was a article in the Dallas Morning News a few weeks after I seen him saying that the artificial disc he invented and the other doctors use that work at this place was having lower success rates that they were listing and that they were lying to take FDA research money to further his company's research. Now I do not believe that the disc he invented is that bad and that not every body's body is the same sometimes a person back wont take to a surgery as easy or as soon as another persons body. There are just to many of these artificial disc out there being used and that are in people. I personally think now after talking to you that maybe he was just pissed at the workers comp. insurance company or he just really didn't want to mess with me do to the workers comp. insurance company. I am glad he did a good job for you and good luck out there let me know what you think.

Dr. Zigler Is the Best!

Several years ago, Dr. Zigler performed surgery on my neck to repair disc damage from a very bad auto accident. At that time, I was in my mid-twenties and had VERY limited insurance coverage. Not only did Dr. Zigler relieve the chronic pain I was in, he was so kind to me and accepted what I could pay at the time and waited over two years for the remainder of payment due to him. Thus, the portrait painted of him on this comment board, is truly not reflective of the kind of doctor or person he is. He is the best! I am in California, and if I ever need a spine surgeon again, I will get myself to Texas anyway I can to see him.
