Texas Credit Restoration Alliance, Larry Brumfield W.G. Shofstall credit repair heist, lost information San Marcos, California
Larry Brumfield and Texas Credit Restoration Alliance is a scam. Mr. Brumfield took me in at a "discounted price"(nearly $500), and then passed by sensitive credit info. off to one of the "top law firms" accomplishing credit repair "in the nation." After hearing his talk-off on how amazing W.G. Shoftall was, I signed up. After almost 2 months of no movement, I got an e-mail blast to what I assume was his pipeline with W.G. Shoftall(the Law Firm working on his Credit Repair pipeline), throwing them under the bus, and saying please provide all the docs that were initially provided to a new "great" law firm, as his business with them had concluded, and, in short, it was there irresponsible ways that caused the end of the relationship. I guess they must have been the 2nd best law firm in the universe doing credit repair. Well, I said at this point, I would like my money back as well as all of my sensitive information. Brumfield said it was not possible and Shoftall never called me back. Brumfield refused to refund my money after not delivering and misleading me. Now I have my sensitive information out there god knows where in this era of information fraud, and am out the money. Larry Brumfield is an unethical businessman who has done me wrong. If this guy comes calling, run in the other direction. I have filed a complaint with the B.B.B., the Florida BAR against Mr. Shoftall, and am looking forward to a small claims suit here shortly. Not a lot of money, but I have no tolerance for small time scam artists like this, and it just so happens I have regular business not too far from Mr. Brumfield's base of operations(allegedly) in Texas.
