To be buying any used car by sending off your money to somebody you don't know for a car you've never seen and will never test drive is nothing short of pure stupidity!
In your case...its quite obvious that elevator doesn't reach the top floor!

Please note that the company claims all cars they sell are sold "As Is". In the State of Texas the Lemon Law covers brand new cars only, not USED cars. If a car is sold "as is" the company has no obligation to repair any item on the car once it is sold.

Here is a link to the BBB detailing about this company. They have a big "F" with 77 complaints, 43 Closed, 11 Unresolved complaints.
