All clients of Texas SBA, Inc., enter into a legally-binding contract enforced by legally-binding arbitration. All clients must accept this contract or revise the contract prior to Texas SBA, Inc., delivering any service or assistance. At all times customers of Texas SBA, Inc., may view the contract and their rights under the contract. Texas SBA, Inc., suggests to this patron that if they believe they were injured by our services to file an arbitration claim from the convience of their computer. Texas SBA, Inc.,claims that this "customer," "Meri," who filed this allegation is not listed in any Texas SBA, Inc., record or database. Texas SBA, Inc., has no record of this person nor did they disclose their affected company or organization! Texas SBA, Inc., further states thier demeanor is the true cause of their discontent and not Texas SBA, Inc., actions. Texas SBA, Inc., responds to this allegation simply for the clarity of "Ripoff Report" readers. Should this mythical "customer," "Meri," who does not disclose the name of their organizaton, choose to exercise their right, you may do such according to the contract you entered. Texas SBA, Inc., contracts offer all clients the convience of filing arbitration claims via the internet and having all arbitration hearings executed via document submission(s.) Therefore, you may spend your time presenting facts before an arbitrator via your computer versus writing erroneous "reports" on the internet. Texas SBA, Inc., will not respond any further to this matter on this forumn for it is moot! Instead, the "customer" has the right, as does Texas SBA, Inc., to file a claim, according to the contract both parties entered into, with legally-binding arbitration. Texas SBA, Inc., suggest that this "customer," "Meri," spend their time in a productive forumn and not one of slander or defamation! Sincerely, Texas SBA, Inc.
