Texas Shine Car Wash Car Damaged by Failing Equipment Schertz, Texas

Car wash brushes blew a fuse and fell on my wife's car, leaving a scratch from the hood, over the roof and onto the back deck and put a dent in the right rear quarter panel.
After patiently working through their incident process, they have denied any responsiblity for the damage. They have videotape of the incident, but refuse to deal fairly to repair $1,200 worth of damage.
After three weeks of experience with this group, the General Manager needs customer service training and is incapable of returning a phone call. I wouldn't let them wash another vehicle I own and hope this saves you from a similar experience..
Apparently, this is a common occurance and they have 22 unresolved complaints against them with the Better Business Bureau.
