the Blu Dot This company sold me a STOLEN Cell Phone and then refused to give a refund. I contacted the BBB and they have offered a refund. We will see. Will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN! BAd Company! Clifton Heights Pennsylvania
I purchased a Cell Phone from the Blue Dot for Father's Day. Paperwork inside the box stated the company had checked the ESN number, so I didn't worry. WRONG!!! They had NOT checked it as when I went to activate the phone it came back as stolen!
THe compaNY REFUSED to refund my money or phone. I turned to EBAY where I purchased it from and they were no help.
I filed a case with the BBB and low and behold, the company said they would offer a refund upon rec'ing the cell phone. Sent it back today. We will see if I do get a refund or if I need to call the Police in PA.
