The Bootlady Robyn Hargrove Dyes cowboy boots to custom match outfits. Lynden, Washington
Robyn was recommended to me to have custom dyed cowboy boots dyed for our daughter. I ordered the boots 7/20 per credit card and she has given me every excuse including the kitchen sink as to why I haven't gotten the boots yet. The only excuse I haven't gotten was her dog ate the boots. She received her money and today is 9/30 and I don't have any boots. She is very unprofessional and I will never deal with her. She stated to me in an email that she can't even refund me for a "few" weeks. DO NOT USE HER!! Get a bottle of spray paint and do it yourself!!
