I ordered a Kodak EasyShare camera from this company on line. After I submitted my reaquest I immediately got an email back telling me I had to call the company to confirm my order. Although I thought it was a bit strange, I did call and got a very hard selling employee who convinced me I had to have a memory card that was priced at 179.00. Further, he pressured me into purchasing a card reader, two lenses, three filters and a 5 year warranty (which I am sure is worthless).

When I got the package, non of the prices were on the invoice so I can't tell how much anything costs. The two lenses and filters don't fit on the camera and can't be used on the camera. When I called to tell them, they sent me an adapter. Well, the adapter fits on the camera, but the filters don't fit on the adaper and I STILL can't use the lenses on that camera. The camera is not designed to have accessories.

So, a camera that should have cost me $250.00 the MOST ended up costing me $1,179.99. I called again to so I could return the items and get my money back, but was told I couldn't because five days had elapsed and one of the boxes the merchandise came in was damaged.

When I called to complain again, I was hung up on. I tried to email them, but the email was returned as not being able to be delivered. I got RIPPED OFF by this company for around $800.00 and am furious about it. I have a camera and lots of accessories that can't be used on the camera, a very over priced memory card, and a card reader that I didn't need to have for this camera. I would love to have my money back, but I would also love for this company to be shut down, and for the owners to be jailed.

Dispute it with your CC company

Just call your credit card company and dispute the charges, tell them that they won't let you return the items in question, and they sold you the wrong parts.
