I think you deserve the best care for your cat- I would look into how to report them as a vet as abusing animals because that is what they did with your cat. I too have an animal a dog and he has problems with ear infections when i take him to our vet they are nice from the counter to the tecs to the dr. They handle him with gentle care and gave me ear wash and ear drops to put in his ears and that was it. Shame on that place that took such horrible care of your cat and just remember word of mouth kills a business. I would tell every person you know and they will tell people they know not to ever go there.

No lawsuit-no way. I just wouldn't want anyone to go through this experience at any vet anywhere in the USA. I am sure most vets care more about the animals the profits. We as consumers must be informed and get second opinions and not be afraid to ask for discounts. Times are tough. This holds true for Doctors, Lawyers and Mechanics as well.... Thank you for your comment.

Actually-you have a point. I can't believe this happened to us either. I just wanted to get BoBo's ears treated because he was in pain. They offered on the phone "one shot" that later I was told wouldn't have worked anyway. So they wanted to give him a shot that wouldn't have helped and then kept him overnight in that condition just so they could give him a tooth cleaning and make more money... Right? I can't believe a reputable vet would take advantage when a pet is already in agony with his ears. But then it gets really weird. When I asked for discounted prices Drew started screaming at me! A grown man screaming. My terrified cat took off running through the offices when Drew chased my cat and threw him by the scruff of his neck into a carrier placed on it's side, slamming my cats face and head into the bottom. So if you think that's normal then maybe you don't have animals and know how they are a part of your family. But I do agree with you. This terrible incident IS unbelievable.

Sorry, I don't buy this ridiculous story. It's not even good fiction.

I really do, and I think Bo-Bo should've been in the post-credits scene of "The Avengers".
