Words can not describe how horrendous my experience has been with The Centerpiece Store. In July I ordered 2 sample centerpieces online in hopes of using them for my wedding. After about 3 weeks and no product, I called to check the status of my order. After about 12 unanswered calls, I finally was able to reach someone who then informed me that the centerpieces would not be in
stock until the end of September. By early October, my centerpieces still did not arrived. Again, after numerous unanswered calls and emails, I was finally able to speak to someone who assured me that they would cancel my order at my request and refund my money by October 20th. It is now December and they have not refunded my money and will not return any of my calls or emails. I've issued a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Centerpiece Store has neglected to respond to their contacts as well. They are a horrible company with disgraceful customer service.
