I ordered wedding supplies from Doug McKeown and Linda McKeown of the Centerpiece Store and never received my items.
My wedding came and left and I never received one supply. Luckily I realized I was not going to receive my supplies since I ordered them in March 2009 and I was closely approaching September 2009 and still no sign of my wedding supplies. So, I canceled my order and kindly asked for a refund of the money he took. The owner, Doug McKeown, made empty promises to me week after week after week stating that I would receive my money back ($975.88). He told me that I would receive the money before my wedding. Then he told me that I would receive my money while I was on my honeymoon.
And, now 8 months later, I am still trying to receive my promised refund from The Centerpiece Store (Doug McKeown and Linda McKeown). Refunds only take 24 to 48 hours. This promised refund has been taking months. Everytime I call Doug to inquire about my refund, he keeps saying the SAME thing. YOU will receive your refund in 24 to 48 hours. Please avoid this online store. It is nothing more than a scam. They take your money and give you no supplies and then promise to refund you the money that they took and never refund you. Instead they keep giving you excuse after excuse after excuse as to why you do not have your refund and as to when you will finally receive your refund. I wish there were more honest salesman in the world.

In March of 2009, I placed an order for supplies which I never received. They took my money ($975.88) and when I asked for a refund back they never gave me my refund but for 9 months they promised to give me my refund. Then 9 months later, these two scammers (Doug McKeown and Linda McKeown) have the nerve to say that they can not give back my refund because their business (The Centerpiece Store) is mysteriously going out of business. 9 months later after my transaction their company goes out of business and they can no longer give me my refund, but for the entire 9 months scammer Doug McKeown and scammer Linda McKeown have been promising me my full refund. They need to be out of business because they both have absolutely no business ethics. They do not know how to run a company right and that is the real reason they are out of business. If you ever see their names associated with any other company run for the hills. Oh, yes, and look them up under the Better Business Bureau because their rating is an F according them because of the bad business practices, methods, and ethics. Run for the hills everyone if you ever see the names Doug McKeown or Linda McKeown also known as scammers.
