You have acknowledged the fact that there is a problem but, you fail to come up with a solution. I can now fully understand the student's complaint. Instead of shifting the blame how about solving the problem which apparently exists. Charles

This student never once attempted to deal with the situation at hand. She and her classmates complained to the wrong people and she in particular never lodged a single complaint to anyone I asked. She often came in to school with her Mother and refused to deal with these situations on her own. The students need to realize they're adults and they need to act like adults.
