 If you don't want to throw away your money, stay away from The Dump. We bought a bedroom set in July 2016. In couple of months one of the night stands and the chest of drawers started to peel from the top. We contacted their customer service. They sent a technician to our house. He looked at the furniture and peel the paint more , so it looks much worse now, with his nail and said that it is a manufacturer defect. He explained us that the wood did not absorb the paint well, that's why it is peeling. He said he could touch up but it will peel right away. So he said he will write his report so they can change the pieces. Keep in mind that this happened a week before Christmas, 3 and a half months ago. And he told us that we should hear something from their customer service in a week or so. Today is March first and we have called Dump customer service at least 15 times and all we got was "they are trying to reach the manufacturer and they will call us back in couple of days". Last week we called again and the rep told us that she doesn't know what to do because they don't have that bedroom line anymore. Which we went to Dump last month and they were still selling the same bedroom set. This has been going on 3 and a half months. At last I have talk to a manager today and after 3 and a half months , with no shame , she tells me that their technician reported that it was not a manufacturer defect, we caused the damage, so there is nothing they can do. Stay away from these crooks.
