I have spoken to 4 customer service reps and 1 manager in another state in the last week and have gotten  nowhere. I also spoke to a manager in Va. explaining my situation to her. I have purchased a bed that I have NOT received. I paid a delivery man $100 to pick the bed up from the dump and drop it off at my home.

 

When I opened the box I realized that "The Dump" had given me the wrong bed. I called the next morning to explained what had happened and that I didnt have the ability to drop the bed off. I asked, "if I hired someone to do it would I be reimbursed?" They told me no! I asked to speak to a manager and they told me that the manager was busy.

 

I asked if they could give me a name of any manager and they told me no they could'nt do that! I asked if the bed had cost more than the one I paid for, would they have pick it up? They said if it cost more I would'nt have called in. They told me I could keep the bed! I told them I did'nt want the bed and that it was'nt what I had paid for. I also called today and received the same results.

 

I still do NOT have the bed that I paid for and yes the cheap one is still siting in the box in my livingroom.

 

My main issue is why am I paying for delivery when they gave me the wrong bed? If they came and switch the bed with the correct bed I would have been fine. But now after time invested and money lost and still no bed I will have to wait and buy the correct bed somewhere else!
