THE FAMILY EXCHANGE ripoff TOOK $4700.00 NO MONEY NO PRODUCT NO RESPONSE NEW BRAUNFELS Texas
Mr Olson from (the family exchange) was contacted the end of November 28 of 2005 about 4 four wheelers by my sister Rose we agreed to buy 2 each. We sent cashier checks over night so We would have them for xmas .
Around Dec 21st my sister was contacted by a warehouse in the area who sent her pictures of 2 of the bike destroyed 3rd had a ripped seat 4th was never sent .
We agreed to take the 1 with ripped seat just so the kids had 1 for xmas (the whole time we was in full contact with Mr Olson he said he would send another seat with the other bikes.)
We still wanted the bikes we understood. We called several times a week to see when they would arrive January 2006. He said he had to wait for the insurance to pay the claim so we waited. (We shouldn't have had to wait on 4th which was never sent from the beginning.
Close to the end of january we could not get hold of him he was never in (but was there every time before). We got no response after waiting all this time (in jan he also said we had to take it up with cool sports who said the opposite.)
We sent a 10 day certified letter on february 14th to return our money no response. On 3/16/06 I recieved an express mail with a letter that said he had to make payments of $600.00 each week to us. We only got 1 to this day.
I wrote a letter to him and told him how dirty that was (no response to this day.)
