You are making what you think are legal arguments to people with a lot more legal expertise than yourself. So perhaps there is a reason you failed, in that you are wrong. "There are 50,000 applicants across the Country annually that are denied the Bar.." - Only 50,000? With the quality of some lawyers, perhaps they need to make the Bar harder so that it is tougher to pass.

WHere in the Constitution does it say anything about the Supreme Court being bifurcated or not? It doesn't. Do you even KNOW what bifurcated means? Did you stop to think that maybe the reason you keep failing the bar is because you are a MORON.?
