We contracted this guy on the 16th for snow removal - $300 paid with Credit Card - more snowfall overnight and on the 18th asked him to come again - this time he billed us (2) plows $600 - When I asked for a revised billed, he stated that he charges $300 every 2 inches of snow fall. I didn't argue with him and sent him a check via online through our bank - stated there was a $15.00 late fee and now the bill was 615.00, I told him he was luck funny and the check was in the mail and he better be glad I didn't send him $300 vs $600.
This was his response. "Keep your check, weak bi*ch. What is due is all that will be accepted. I prefer to be stolen from face to face, though, you pathethic bi*cha*s coward, Face me." "You are a liar and a thief. I'm on my way to you prepared to deal with this however you choose.
My add, your intake form, our terms, and your bill speak for themselves. I've been dealing with scum like you for 15 yrs. I know how to handle situations like this with speed and efficiency. " He came to our business and got in through the loading dock and refuse to leave without a check - We had to call the police to remove him from our property.
