Complaint Review: The golf Network by CVM Custom Vacations Mexico The Golf Network Vacation Ownership/Timeshare Rental Ripoff/Scam Playa Del Carmen Solidaridad Quintana Roo MX - Quintana Roo, Nationwide

Hi. Me and my husband went to Porto Viarta and went to Vida Vacatin Club to tell them the phone numbers they gave us last time to talk to The Golf Network by Custom Vacation Mexico to rent out our vacation weeks and we paid $500 for life time membership but they lied to us telling us they rented out the week and we will see the money in the bank soon but we nevre got any money. We end up updating our timeshare to Bliss in Mayan Palace in porto viarta again. 

Vida Vacation Club gave us list of companies again to rent out our timeshare with Golf Network By CVM was still there in the list and one of theri best choices they offered us to call. They said ther might be problem with the new people but call them again and talk to Emma Kutash. We came home happy to rent out our new 3 weeks timeshare.

I called the numbers Vida Vacation timeshare gave us on CVM. I called and asked for Emma Kutash again but they said she no longer work with us. I call again next week and Emma answered the phone. I was so shocked and asked if she came back? she said she never left.

I told Emma the whole story how her employee said it got rent out but we didn't get any money in the bank. Now she started to lie and said that employee no longer works with us. She said if you updated yr vacations to 3 weeks, email me all the new info and this time i will talk to accounting department myself to solve it. I emailed her all the 3 weeks information and contract number and everything. I told her We only have from April to end of October to rent these 3 weeks out. She promissed whe will talk to Accounting and will let me know.

It is October 16, 2014 now and I am keep calling all their phone numbers and they are no longer working Phone numbers. I emailed emma at [email protected] also emailed [email protected] also [email protected] and asked to get my money back and i don't want to work them any more but I only got 1 automated email back from [email protected] saying they got my email and will call me in 3 days. No calls from Emma Kutash and no calls or emails from [email protected] or Emma or any of their employees yet.

This company and all the workers including Luis and Michael that introduced themselves as accounting department managers are all big liers and this is a fraud. This is a scam. This is a lie.

There is no such a company as The Golf NETWORK by Custom Vacation Mexico. They got our money again for updating studio to 1 bedroom and that was 500 + we lost renting out 3 weeks worth of our vacations at 2013 and 3 weeks on 2014 through them that is 6x $1200.00 + refund of the maintanance fee for each week every year. Its more than $10.000.00

Plus i checked our first timeshare IRC with credit birou and it's still there and Vida Vacation as they promissed didn't take out our 1st timeshare from our credit.

Now don't get us wrong. We are happy to have timeshare but you should be so careful not to bet ripped off by renters and liers. I have to travel to Mexico again in 2 days and go to Vida Vacation Club to check everything again and to see what the hell is going on now. That travel will cost me and my husband at least $4.000 tickets and accomodation to go figure this out.

As I stated, We would encourage Custom Vacations Mexico (if they truly exist and are a true company) to refute our story and refund our money back and all the headacke and cais and damage they cost us through Vida Vacation Club and prove us wrong.
