I purchased a Callaway driver from TGW on July 23rd. 2007. On October 12th. 2007 the club was returned to The Golf Warehouse (TGW) for warranty work. It has been over three months and I am still waiting . I have contacted TGW via email on several occasions and all I get is excuses. They blame Callaway for the delay and yet when I ask them who I can talk to at Callaway they tell me they are not allowed to give that information out. It now appears they will not even answer my emails, as I sent them another message on December 8th 2007 and I have not received a reply.
