beware of Leslie Gontarek. her scam is to start LLC' and partnerships in overseas security and construction for the sole purposes of fraud and embezzelment. don't let her southern charm fool you. she will show you many letters of recommendations and awards. they are bogus. obtained through sexual quid pro quo. she is under in investigation by us federal authorities for the massive fraud she was involved in iraq with laguna construction. the owners are under inditemnet. she is a former prostitute with a bad crack habit. she is being sued by yet another inocent wife destroyed by having her husband seduced by this black widow. she took me for 1.6 million dollars in a partnership scam. now she is starting a security contracting scam with her partner in crime Calvin. she has been in over 20 mental hospitals for drug addiction and attempted suicides. She was deeply in involved in the criminal activities of the Laguna's principles Bradley Christiansen and Neal Casper. How she escaped prosecution is a mystery. The following is a news article from New Mexico.A federal search warrant says Neal Kasper and Bradley Christiansen, president and vice president of Laguna Construction Company, manipulated the bidding process and took kickbacks from a bloated contract.
"Christiansen and Kasper were falsifying and changing bids in order to control the award of sub-contracts," the warrant says.
Laguna Construction, took part in rebuilding the Iraq Ministry of Defense after it was damaged during the 2003 invasion. With contacts of over $300 million, LCC is one of the biggest contractors in Iraq.
Although Kasper and Christiansen haven't been formally charged, employees told investigators the men skimmed hundreds of thousands of dollars.
The warrant says the money was deposited in Christiansen's bank account in Amman, Jordan.
Former LCC employees told investigators Christiansen charged time to projects when he was really in Amman "boozing" and utilizing the services of prostitutes.
Attorney Joe Diaz, who represents Laguna Construction Company, said only the vice president and president cashed in on the scheme.
"What they did they they did to benefit personally themselves. The company did not gain by their actions. The company did not authorize their actions," Diaz said.
After the allegations surfaced, Laguna Construction's board put Kasper and Christiansen on leave.
"The reaction of the board was really shock and betrayal," Diaz said.
According to the warrant, employees also allege that Christiansen bragged about almost doubling the size of his home in Albuquerque and he was enrolling his children into an expensive private school.
Former employees told investigators that the US Government paid "for an office and 16-room villa in Iraq. However, LCC was subleasing out unused space and was not reimbursing the federal government."
The US Attorney's Office said they are not investigating any wrongdoing by Laguna Construction Company or Laguna Pueblo.
"These were two individuals that were doing things for personal gain, it wasn't the company was cheating to make money for the company," Diaz said.

I repeat, I lied about this entire report. Leslie Gontarek has been a Victim of my anger and rage. I have made false statements against her and now cannot have it removed from this site. I must blame the ppl at my place of work ... they are the ones that instigated this horrendous act against Leslie Gontarek at my request. Again, i am sorry for doing this to Leslie and her former employers. BTW, her former employers are not criminals at all they are under investigation as is many contractors in the middle east. The truth is EVERYTHING in the original report is a LIE!! I know because I wrote it. I am Leslie's Recent ex-boy friend who she recently left (and rightly so) because I didn't treat her the way that a good woman of her stature should have been. I was angry and acted in an immature and impulsive manner. And I lied to her denying that I did this terrible thing. I made up everything in the original report for the sole purpose of harming her personally and professionally. The truth is Leslie is one of the most hard working, reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy, experienced and professional people that you could EVER meet or do business with. She is one of the kindest persons I've EVER known. She personally with her own money bought food and personal hygiene items for an entire village in Iraq.(who does that?) She is involved in and does volunteer work in many communities. The Gontarek Group nor Leslie are under ANY kind of suspicion or indictments from ANY government. In point of fact she enjoys the gratitude of the Governments of the U.S. and Iraq. In Fact she has many awards, citations and recommendations that she flat out deserves simply because she earned them all through her hard work, honesty and diligence. In other words she does deserve the prais that has been heaped upon her. what she doesn't deserve is a crazy ex-boy friend doing what i did. ANY contractor, government entity or individual should consider themselves VERY fortunate to to do business or be associated with The Gontarek Group / Leslie Gontarek in any way. she and her business have a stellar track record around the globe. The awards and citations that she has earned are signed by men and women of the highest character who recognized the same in Leslie. So believe them not me. Her achievements in Iraq and other countries are too many to list. I can only hope and pray that that this correction can offset any harm that I may have done. I have tried to remove the lies in the report (this site doesn't have a delete option) but i can't. I also hope and pray that I can someday be forgiven for this dastardly act. I wrote this report because is was angry at Leslie Gontarek. She is my exwife and I wonted to Hurt her reputation and her Company so i logged on to this site with a fake name and made up email address to slander her and cause her harm for leaving me. I am a crackhead in recovery and I must make an amends for all my harm, and I have Harmed Ms. Leslie Gontarek and The Gontarek Group, and have also made unsubstantiated statements against Neal Kasper and Brad Christensen with Laguna Construction. I have no business doing this to people and would like to SINCERELY APOLOGIZE AND RETRACK ALL MY STATEMENTS AGAINST LESLIE GONTAREK. Leslie Gontarek is not a criminal, prostitute or a black widow. She has not destroyed any marriages or taken kickbacks. She did not steal any money from me, infact she took care of me and my daughter for years when i could not support the home or the child. She has been wonderful to me and my family, and should not have to deal with my temper tantrums, and immature Slander and Rage. I deeply regret my statements and request they be removed from this site and anyother sites i have contaminated with my jealousy, rage, and LIES.
