I have received no response from TGU on my request for full refund. I have however, discovered that TGU has sold and/or given away my personal information to another company that has taken (stolen) $29.95 from my checking via my debit card. I believe the company name is Ideal Financial Resources. I called the toll free number listed on my bank statement and spoke with one of their representatives about the debit. He informed me that they would refund the $29.95 to my account in about 3-5 working days. Doubtfully, I will wait and see! I partially blame my bank for this unauthorized transaction because I cancelled my original MasterCard Debit Card with them and was issued a new one over two weeks ago and have not used the new card. My bank informed me that the old card and number would be destroyed and NO further debits could be made with it! This type of activity needs to be stomped out by the FTC. We consumers need to band together in voice to start the ball rolling. I have had my fill of it. Thank you, Dave
