The GGF has turned out to be fradulent and and total ripoff for all involved.Bryan Prehoda[CFO/Owner] along with Luis Belevan[president/owner] and a multitude of other scam artist have bilked millions of dollars out of countless clients across the US[primarily AZ-Fl-NV-CA] and have returned virtually nothing in return except broken promises and lies. The purpose of the GGF was to get a principal reduction for clients based on current market value based on packaging up bulk notes and getting the banks/investors to accept somewhere in the 40-70cents per dollar range of CMV.
That has not happened and as most are aware GGF has only completed approx 3-6 files out of a possible 2000-3000.The program called for 60-90 days to accomplish this goal and in alot of cases there are some that have been in the program for 7months or more.We have been doing everything within our power to get refunded and have not been very successful as the per usual run around and deceit with this company continues everyday[if you are lucky enough to get in touch with anyone]
My suggestion is we all need to ban together and file complaints with the news media channels and report this to the attorney general and federal trade commission and anyone else you can that might be helpful in this situation. The story that was featured on news channel 5 investigation last week really exposed the Guardian Group for what they really are and hopefully with continued complaints from consumers who have put up there hard earned $1595.00 for a principal reduction they never recieved this company and i use that term loosely will finally do what is right and give refunds for all the people that have been taken advantage of in this ripoff. Please help shut this company down so they cannot hurt others.

I called the AZDFI. They weren't much help. All they suggested was to download the complaint form.

I am an affiliate in the state of Michigan. I just learned today about the cease and desist order issued by the Arizona Dept. of Financial Institutions. How do we go about getting a refund? Is there a state agency, Attorney General or any other avenue that I can take to help my clients get a refund? Tony Partin (734)422-1973 or [email protected] any help is greatly appreciated!
