The Hair Club Took my hair Amarillo, Texas,
I went to my appointment with Hair Club for a consultation. We discussed what stage my hair loss was in. I was in the early stages, I was in the early stages of stage 1. Talked about price and when I would be able to save the money. (I'm on disability). I was given Trima Heat Infused Shampoo Trima Volumizing Connditioner and Trima Kiss Styling Foam Mousse Confidante Kiss. They explained how often and how it was to be used. I followed the instructions and started noticing that I was losing 80% more hair loss then when I first went to Hair Club. I emailed the company (Donna) the woman I saw for my consultation. She emailed me back saying to come back in to discuss this matter and receive a free shampoo and style. When I arrived and was explaining what was happening my massive amounts of hair loss, patches of redness on my scalp and the sores. She kept saying and coming up with every excuse and reason for why I was losing such large amounts of hair in such short amount of time. I got upset and asked her why she was doing this when the blind could see how much I had lost in a single month. Told her I would contact my lawyer and left. She knows I am unable to accomplish that do to the fact I'm on a month to month survival budget. I'm lost confused upset angry and wish there was something anything I could do to make 10 years of my hair to be put back. What can a person do when they have no means to help themselves?
