Complaint Review: THE HOLIDAY FIRM/ MANISHA BROWN HOLIDAY - ALABAMA GEORGIA

I've worked with Ms. Holiday very closely, this is all FAKE NEWS, this was written to try and ruin a Great Woman reputation.

Ms. Holiday worked with Nikki Means for ADlanta Magazine in Atlanta, Georgia, Nikki had part ownership in the company and hired Ms. Holiday as Public Relations Director. Due to Nikki being Fired for stealing more than 40 articles of original content from other media outlets she felt Ms. Holiday should no longer work for the magazine since she brought her on the team. Ms. Holiday refused to allow Ms. Nikki Means to bully her into quitting and continued to work for the company. Nikki begin making false statements about Ms. Holiday to her clients, social media, and mutual friends, Ms. holiday had to file a cease and desist letter on her, and also harassment charges because Nikki Means wouldn't stop slandering Ms. Holiday name or company. Please read below, you will find a previous ripoff report that has caused Nikki Means to now file false reports on Ms. Holiday and her company. Manisha Holiday is actually one of the hardest working Publicist in Atlanta, Georgia. 

  Nikki Nicole tricked someone who had the vision of starting a magazine into thinking she could take it to the next level. She took part ownership of the magazine and the title of "publisher” claiming to have 15 years of experience in this industry naming dropping every chance she got regarding who she worked for. Names like Ebony magazine, Essence, Vogue etc. As it turns out, she has no formal education whatsoever. After doing some digging, the editor and chief of the publication started reading through her articles and discovered she had stolen almost 40 articles of original content from other media outlets online. Upon confronting Nikki, she became hostile and defensive with a mild admission of guilt while trying to justify her actions. She claimed to have had thousands in money to pass along to the magazine from businesses who she said wanted to purchase ad space.

Upon, her termination, we discovered that she was still using the magazine name and email to steal writers using our verbiage. Hacked emails to see when interviews were scheduled then sent google invites to those candidates tricking them into believing they are interviewing with us and then push them to work with her. All her acts have been fraudulent and illegal. Reading through company emails IS illegal. We also discovered that she scammed parents out of money by starting something called the "brown girls tour” which was a fail. She also scammed someone else out of money to start a magazine a few years ago. Run from her the moment you met her. She is a fast talker hoping to distract you from reality. Will boss you around, use your money and then disappear. She will ruin your reputation
