So Charles, it sounds as if you are a current employee of The Janitorial Agency. There are tons of complaints out there on you guys. How long have you been with the business for? Why are there so many issues with you out there? I noticed your BBB rating is a C+. That is pretty low, even for a business that is NOT accredited. How many times has the company changed its name? Please answer these questions publicly for everyone to read if you are so confident in the business you work for. Thank you for your time.

THANK U,i am working,it's just not from any leads that tja provided.i'm happy it worked out for u at tja.i have moved on from tja,see once the trust is gone, then you don't believe in them anymore.see when i inquired about my refund and tja whole attitude changed, like i'm the problem, then they never answered any of my questions about my refund or about what i told the guy that i was working with about the problems i was having with the leads.but actually i'm good, i have letters from some of the leads stating how proff.i was.don't get it twisted,i've closed some deals,it's just not thru tja's leads.and thanks for the suggestions and the positive input, and yes i have done all the things that you mentioned,it's just it did'nt work for the leads that tja provided.so my 6month is up the 23 of august.i have'nt had any contact far as leads or anything from tja in almost a month,i've been closing deals on my own without their help.i'm still waiting on tja legal dept, they asked me about more training and i said no,because my training that i got a certificate for from tja is working fine for my co,it's just the leads that they sent me on.i don't no why they keep saying they had to pay their telemarketers for the lead, what does that have to do with me.

Let me say one thing about tja and their last response.Leads are potential clients looking for services, well my last response from tja is now 12 leads instead of 17.i have letters from leads that the mgrs.said that they told tja telemarketers at tja that they were satisfied with the cleaning services that they have.then tja telemarketers say, well it does'nt cost for a free walk-thru.some of the leads wanted the services for little money, some had services so cheap that me and the account mgr.agreed that we can't do the cleaning sevices that cheap, some said it was just not in their budget.but here is my take on all this,it's mighty funny that tja has not mentioned any of these reason's in any of our corespondences,or maybe the account mgr.that i was working with did not relay any of this information to them.i understand the cover-up talk about the, nobody wins if i don't get the contract, well actually i'm the one taking the big loss, because i'm the one that is going to these leads and hearing all this stuff about tja telemarketers.for what reason would i make this up.well guess what, now i have letters from leads that tja sent me on.now they are saying i need additional training, which will cost me more money, which i declined to do because,i flew to lansing, mich, paid for my ticket and hotel room, extra money that i was'nt told about until they got my 7,400,and told was a requirement i had to do to get my framed certificate, basically saying that i completed all requirements to start going out in the field and get contracts,so that's why i refused to do anymore training.well my 6month period is up the 23 of august.i have not had any help from tja in almost amonth, and their legal dept.has not done any thing yet.i have'nt spoken to anybody in their legal dept, even though i've e-mailed them numerous times, only to get an e-mail saying we are working on it and i need additional training.i would think i at least deserve a phone call from somebody in the legal dept, after all, when i first came aboard and wired that 7,400 i did'nt have a problem talking to nobody then, but now, well you know what i'm trying to say.i want to thank everybody for your words of encouragement and concern.it's all working out for me it's just that the help i paid for thru tja(all because i asked about a refund, cause it was getting close to my 6month contract agreement)just has not worked out.so remember that you should check with the bbb before you do any business with any co,if i would've done that i would'nt be in this situation,so see i'm owning up to the part i played in this, please do your home work before giving any monies up to co's.i have obtained some work on my own.

Hello, I see that you are having an issue here. Let me give you some advice. I have a janitorial business. I have been pretty successful in this industry. Do you have your own business? If so, tell me how much business do you have? One thing I have learned in this industry is that it's not easy to grow your business, if you don't know what you are doing. Did this company teach you how to run your business? If so, are you able to build your company without their help? The reason I ask these questions is because I am pretty successful with my company and I am one of their customers. Something you said seem true some walk throughs are not perfect. I had a few that were not the best. But are you telling me you had 17 appointments or what I call potential contracts and not even ONE of them closed? Did you follow up with them did you send thank you cards did you wine and dine the them? That is very scary, it seems that you have a major problem and its not just with this company. What I suggest is to contact them and find out the best solution for you to learn how to close a walk through. Do you want to know my closing ratio, yep I close 3-10 potential contracts that's on my own and with this company. I always tell people you need to know what you are doing. Your business is really in deep trouble and you need to call them and find out what you can do or go to another janitorial consulting company and get some help. I have another company that can get you verified potential contracts at 250-400 per one, if you are interested.

Oh just give him a refund. You (the company) are acting like a baby. Be professional. He is trying to get his business off the ground and you promised him everything and he got nothing. He even found in the contract that he should get back thirty seven hundred dollars. How is your "legal dept" going to dispute that? He needs to get his own lawyer. I hope he does. You are a scam and unless you refund his money, I (and others) will continue to believe you are a scam.

There will be no additional responses to Mr. Minley's statements. His alleged claim has been turned over to the Legal Department and is being investigated; however, there is one point that I want to make clear to anyone who reads this garbage. No one ever accused Mr. Minley of anything. I tried to explain to him that NO ONE at TJA benefits by producing bad leads.
Mr. Minley has obviously never been able to comprehend what I've been trying to explain to him. I'm trying to make him understand that it would not be beneficial to anyone involved for TJA to provide bad leads. If the Lead doesn't pan out, then not only has TJA had to Pay For That Lead, but no one wins. Mr. Minley doesn't win a contract, The TJA Advertising Department doesn't get credit for the contract, and The Janitorial Agency loses the money paid for the lead and any residuals.

Response to last reply from tja, first of all just because you give somebody a lead that does not mean anything when you get to the place and they say that we told the tja that we have somebody cleaning, and tja insist that it's a cost free walk thru(what if you can't compete with what their already paying. see i'm not responsible for what you pay your telemarketers and i don't think it's fair that you make a decision on a lead and i'm here in ga. with the people with the lead and you are in lansing, mich.and yes i have complained quite a few times about bad leads to admin and was told the problem was dicussed with telemarketers.how ironic that i have'nt heard from legal dept but i see tja has resonded to this report.the real deal is that a lead is all in what the person that goes to the co. and relays back to the tja whats happening.the Big question is can you show me where if i pay you 7,400 dollars for 24,000 in business revenue and you are supposed to help me get there in 6months and i have a certificate saying that i met all requirementsa, and passed all online tests, with a 80%score,which was required per our contract.what is my refund if it don't happen.well in my contract it say's that i'm entitled to 3,700dollars of my money back.well see i'm almost less than 30 days from that.so all i asked was explain to me the contract and when i said thatthe wholeconversation changed, like i said something wrong, but i guess thats what happens when it's time to own up to the contract agreement.i don't want anymore training,i just want my refund per the contract 3,700.personally i did'nt see anything wrong asking about a refund to tja admin.after all it is my money i invested and if i don't want anymore training,no where in the contract it say's that i have to.anybody can call for a lead, but that should'nt be a reason to punish me because i did'nt get the deal.there are so many reason's why co's don't give you the contract so don't act like all leads are 100% you know and i know that thats impossible.but what a good networking co would do is honor the contract and not make excuses of why the innocent consumer can't just ask about their refund without all this going on back and forth.i'm not saying the tja is a bad co it just did'nt work for me.i bought a plane ticket to tja and had a good time meeting everybody, but it'stime to move on so let's settle this so i can write that tja honored the contract.

The Janitorial Agency has developed a business model that has a 100% success rate if the model is followed. Mr. Minley chose not to follow the business model. When Mr. Minley completed all of his training, he (Mr. Minley) was provided with 17 walkthroughs which translates into opportunities to gain business volume. These walkthroughs would have provided Mr. Minley with revenue above and beyond the promised $24K. Mr. Minley did not close a single one of those 17 potential contracts.
Mr. Minley stated, "some of the leads provided weren't any good". I explained to Mr. Minley that not only does The Janitorial Agency have to pay for each lead, our appointment-setters do not get paid until the lead pans out, and we do not get paid unless he wins the contract; NO ONE benefits by providing a bad lead. I explained this to him on more than a few occasions.
I offered to go through some additional training with Mr. Minley and he said he did not need any training. His account manager spoke to him on multiple occasions and suggested that maybe a little more training for walkthroughs would be of benefit for him. Again, he said he did not need any training. Mr. Minley simply started repeating over and over again, how do I get my money when the 6 months is up.
Each of the last few conversations with Mr. Minley were extremely difficult due to the fact that he would not let me speak, he would simply speak over me with the volume continuing to grow with each statement.
Mr. Minley also states, "no one at The Janitorial Agency could tell him how he would get his money back". That is untrue. I personally told him the procedure that had to be followed, according to his signed contract. When he began to get abusive, it was decided that he would be turned over to our Legal Department. As soon as I informed him of this he began to backpedal.
Mr. Minley stated, "when you call The Janitorial Agency, all you get is the runaround". This too is untrue. The Janitorial Agency went above and beyond to accommodate Mr. Minley.
The Janitorial Agency has many successful clients and those numbers continue to grow every day. It is unfortunate that Mr. Minley has chosen to go a different route with his business.
