TJA Company is a total scam. I have purchased they program for $7400.00 and they said it is GUARANTEED business volume of $24000.00. If you get your contract, if you are lucky they will charge 20 % on your first contract. And willl say that $7400.00 was for setup package.
They send you to bogus appointments and then claim that it's your fault for not obtaining the contracts. The client will tell them, they dont need a cleaning company. But they will send you anyway, to waste your time and gas money. They are all liars. Look out for Sue Bowers and Denise Shattuck, they are big Liars they send them to talk to you when you file a complaint. They try to get you to retract your complaints so that they can screw you over.
Please save yourself from these company...

Having The Janitorial Agency on my side means having an advertising professional, a marketing professional, and an acquisitions professional all working for me. The experience that I have had with them has been very sincere and very honest. It was inspiring to meet them and see how much they are growing and expanding. That is reassuring, to know that I am in good hands.

I have to be honest here, I was very skeptical at first. Everything I saw about The Janitorial Agency was online, my first interactions were on the internet so I had to wonder. But my impression changed after I talked to someone from TJA. I was very impressed with everyone Ive talked to, we are excited about the progress weve seen so far. I think the biggest thing weve learned from the people there is how to make that good impression. While we talked with Logan we learned to be professional, positive, and consistent. Those are things he stressed to us, but they are also things he displayed as well. He kept telling us that if we follow instructions, we will see success. And we have seen that so far.

What I saw after I met with them and talked with the people there, was that they are a bonafide, genuine company. They are concerned all the way with getting companies like myself off the ground. With the tools they have provided and the help they have given, I am pretty much in business. And I am very happy about that.
