The Maids home services in Jacksonville ripoff, dishonest, price gouging, liar, trying to make a quick buck, no loyalty to good paying customers, scam
Totally inadequate service, deceiving, unaccountable, disagreeable, careless, hid mistakes, did not handle the problem competently and the owner is disrespectful!!!
They failed to dust, clean the outside of the refrigerator, clean the bathroom toilet, mop the bathroom floor, clean the outside of the kitchen cabinets, clean the kitchen floor, remove cob webs, clean crumbs off of the stove, clean the living room, etc. The maids obviously are not being taught properly.
The floors were promised to be cleaned. At the time the floors had the appearance of clean, they were not. The miniblinds throughout the house... streaky and dirty. ..
Professional cleaning staff... not professional and failed to do their job. I just expected a clean house, that is what I was quoted for ..That is what I was expected.
By this time, I had already cleaned my house . They are a rip-off!!
Hopefully this report will help out others when choosing a cleaning professional.

did you ask for a reclean in the 24 hour period

I work for the maids and have been with this company 8 years, i do not work for the company in Florida but I do work for the Maids and we do provide a 24 hour satisfaction that we will come back to your home and fix the problem. The maids are a company that helps alot of individuals and I am sorry that you had a bad experience, but not all maids franchise are this way, if this is what happend. I hope that you called and asked for a reclean to make this right. The maids stand by their satisfaction garanteed. WE provide a 22 step program that will provide your home to have a heathly enviroment when we leave. I am sorry for your experience and I hope that the company tried to make this right with you because I know that the maids will try to do their best if your home works with the system that we provide.
