The Mattress Company would like to say, "In our 19 year history of selling quality mattress sets to thousands of customers in numerous counties in northern Ohio, we have our first complaint."
There are a couple of truths in the complaint. The customer did buy a mattress and the customer did get a refund. All other sentences between are misleading and inaccurate. We feel the customer complaint is from a professional complainer. The customer appears to have a game plan ready due to having done this to other businesses.
The Mattress Company has provided quality, service and trust for 19 years. We have helped many people lead healthier lives due to better sleep. Our highly trained professional and knowledgeable sales associates have helped customer choose from our large selection of name brand mattress sets. Our repeat business is phenomenal.
The Mattress Company Superstore is on Route 250 in Sandusky, Ohio. In Fremont we are located on Route 53 next to Staples and in Norwalk we are downtown next to Hill's Interiors.

I finally received a refund from this company. After numerous calls and a certified letter concerning legal action against them, I received a refund. On 10/04, I was told by Richard Barcus, that I needed to blame the USPS for their delivery problems. I called my local post office and was told that a letter from this city to mine (30 miles) would take only one day. The mail delivery in my area (cleveland and suburbs is very fast). It should not have taken 8 days. I really think without all of the help I received from consumer websites etc., I would not have gotten my money back.
Anyway, the BBB has given this company a "C" rating.
