I was a former tech in the company. I was instructed to maintain and service various locations to ensure quality and assurance of a proffesional work ethic. The Maynard Group has no interest of there customers satisfaction, but instead only of there own potential for capitol (I.E. $$$).

I was sent out on jobs that were clearly known as UNDOABLE buy instead sent there just for the SERVICE CHARGE, these customers were charged for me to go out to let them know that they would (for the benifit of TMG) have to PURCHASE a new NEC (this is the system that TMG sells) system!

As soon as i caught on to this fradulant sales tactect, I resigned from the company and replaced myself with a REAL job! During my time at TMG I also noticed that there was an unfare pay scale, Dean Maynard Himself had offered (supposed) shared stock options, but on all my pay stubs there was no proof of this to be shown.

I have talked to severel of the technicians that are still currently working there and have discoverd that the few who have stuck around are in search of other jobs, and/or are trying to get away from this company. I am letting you know that this company is a short term and only in it for the money, I (personally) would not invest in this company, as I have seen the trail that they have left!

You hit the nail right on the head.  I can see why you quit that horrible mom and pop shop.  We purchased a system from this company about 3 years ago and always had issues with the system, they claimed to offer a 90 day money back guarantee, but after the first week the system was down and all our calls were going nowhere, they also convienced us that they could handle our IT needs, but that was proved incorrect shortly.  We for some reason allowed them to continue working on our system, patch after patch, part after part, until we decided to call another company which came out and fixed our system the same day.  The NEC system they sold us has had a few problems a year and we recently just upgraded to a realiable system that has been flawless!  One thing I forgot to mention was that they were sending me bills this whole time for each visit.  Truelly one of the greediest, unskilled, and worst product I have ever encountered.
