You hit the nail right on the head. I can see why you quit that horrible mom and pop shop. We purchased a system from this company about 3 years ago and always had issues with the system, they claimed to offer a 90 day money back guarantee, but after the first week the system was down and all our calls were going nowhere, they also convienced us that they could handle our IT needs, but that was proved incorrect shortly. We for some reason allowed them to continue working on our system, patch after patch, part after part, until we decided to call another company which came out and fixed our system the same day. The NEC system they sold us has had a few problems a year and we recently just upgraded to a realiable system that has been flawless! One thing I forgot to mention was that they were sending me bills this whole time for each visit. Truelly one of the greediest, unskilled, and worst product I have ever encountered.
