Very bad customer service they say and do only what they want not what other people want or think.

My husband Rami Houchan which he is the business owner too contacted the merchant solutions to get started with them for a new merchant instead of the one we have now, so he talked to Christina the sales person and started the proccess, so we got the lease agreement and everything was under my name, the sales person never informed us that we have to have Internet access which we didn't have and we didn't wanted to pay a $100 extra a month to have Internet access only to be used for the credit processing machine, so it was the sales person's fault, so when we asked her and she said you have to have Internet access my husband told her to stop the application and not to turn it in till we let her and she said ok let me know.

Couple weeks later my husband received a phone call from the merchant solution POS department so we can sign the contract to get the POS system, so my husband told them that he already informed the sales person to stop the aplicarían, and that's when they said the sales person no longer works with the company.

so he called again and spoke to them and they said we can't do anything the contract is turned in even though we never received the credit card machine or the POS system because I never signed for it, and they charged me a monthly fee for April May and June 2015.

so now they said for security purposes they can't talk to my husband but keep in mind that I never spoke to any one at the company, so they were able to talk to my husband throw the beginning of the process but now they can't talk to him even though I authorized him on the account.

they are wasting are time and getting me stressed out for no reason , all they wanted to have us as a customer but not be able to talk right.

my husband did notify the sales person not to keep going with the process until we let her know for sure if we want the service or not.

My husband and I spoke to Edna the manager couple times and she was not helpful at all, we tried to fox it with them without complaints but they didn't want to do it, and we will have to file a law sue against them if they keep going the way they are now.

and when we spoke to Edna one time she said that she heard the phone calls between my husband and the sales person but she didn't hear when my husband told her not to keep going with the process, so I guess she listens only to what she wants.

And we already filled a claim to BBB, and we will take them to court.
