The Mobile Store questionable buisness practices, they'll do anything to get you into a 2-year contract Mahalamxmi, Mumbai Dayton, Ohio
I had been looking for a new cellular service and stopped at the Dayton mall at a Mobile Store kiosk. They gave me a trial phone, that was a very basic model to try for 14 days to see if I liked the service. I had to sign for the phone.
This was on a friday. I came back 2 fridays later to return the phone. They insisted it had been 15 days at this point and that when I signed for the phone, it was a 2-year contract. I did finally at least get the phone I wanted, but only because they needed me to leave if they were going to make another sale.
Now they have my business for 2 years or my credit report will be affected. They were rude, and very decitful in how they presented their product. I'm praying that at the very least I will have good phone service, because the customer service is horrible.
