I worked for The Money Tree Inc. of Georgia in Alabama which is called Small Loans Inc. Yes, this company has strong collection practices and puts sometimes unbearable pressure on the Managers of individual branches to produce. There are bonuses made and lost by the ration of collections against loan amounts. Numerous times Managers have hidden claims or even payment in order to increase the bonus amount as well as reducing their delinquency. Finding a Lawyer that is willing to help in a suit would solve the problem but often times Lawyers are looking for that one big case that puts them in the lap of luxury. Prostitutes and Lawyers work the same way, they both get paid to screw somebody.
