I had bad bait and switch loan in 2006 From TMS! I never signed the papers. David Prbilsksi forged them. Appraiser never went into home and work still needed to be done To meet inflated price. I put 25% down to buy down points was to get a 30 year fixed. Changed loan to"Pick a Payment" w a rising variable and deducted 2 mortgage payments a month. Sold Mortgage to World SVings same week and they added 12k to my principal. I was very sick(disability) called every week. They opened a Home Equity loan w-o permission. Destroyed my credit. I wrote letters emails called. Told them I want my 30 year fixed back! Now going thru hell w Wachovia... Would let me out of loan while raising principal and penalties. They drained my 401k.
I had neurological disease. Single mom 2 kids. Infusing medication Daily. World Savings and Wachovia and Wells Fargo continued the Abuse.
Took everything.. Just now going threw lawsuit Now. Horrible..

My husband worked for this man Jason Rauschelbach and I have to say that it is not surprising to me that he has done people wrong he treats people like a second class citizen this man is not to be trusted for any type of business deals, working for him or being one of his clients/customers. I really feel bad for ALL the people he has done wrong. He should not be allowed to have a business license. I have reported him and his companies to the BBB. All I have to say is what goes around comes around Mr. Jason Rauschelbach!!! It seems that if you are not ripping people off or misleading people he fires you. This is shameful but he actually wanted my husband to beg him for his job and my husband said take your job!!!!!
Never work or do business with him!!!Nick

Linda, What's most disturbing to me is how many of The Mortgage Store's customers are in your same situation and don't know what to do or where to turn? Don't be intimidated by Jason's threatening emails, he thinks he can bully people and most people will allow him to do so. Make sure you save those threatening emails and contact the State and all local news stations and maybe even forward those emails on to them...

I am working on a lawsuit against The Mortgage Store. I know that everything you have posted is true. I have spoken with Jason first hand and received threatening emails from him if I posted anything about TMS on this website. I am working with an advocate for Mortgage Fraud and also working on an attorney. If you are willing to help me I will try to contact you through the owners of this site. I will post more tomorrow along with the threatening email that Jason sent to me.

We refinanced our home with TMS in St. Louis two years ago. I believe that we are a victim of predatory lending. I received a follow up call from a loan rep because our Arm is up in December. I told them how unhappy we were with the Loan specialist we had and was told all those people who did not know what they were doing had been fired. If they did not know what they were doing then why were they hired, working on loans for the biggest purchase people make? On top of this our loan was given to a servicer called Homeq Servicing. They are posted on this site with almost 300 complaints. I have sent emails to Jason - as I feel they got us into this mess they should get us out. I am not sure if you can give me any information as I understand they are in litigation with you.
