The Movers Group Straight Up RIP OFF!!!! Hollywood, Florida
These guys are the worst company. Their contract says they own their own trucks and send uniformed professionals to do your move. Thugs show up in crack-dealer attire and in an Enterprise rental truck. Worse, they try to extort extra money out of you once they show up!
On the day of my move, their movers show up late and demand an extra 20% fuel surcharge that was NOT stated in the contract. I talked to some big shot with a New York area code who stated "fuel alone will cost $300 and I cannot do the move if you do not pay the extra 20%".
when I sent them away, they refused to refun the $200 deposit they took. theen they outright LIE when you bring it up to the BBB. either way, this company boasts a D rating with the BBB and has had several complaints.
Throw your money in the trash before giving it to these guys!
