The Movers - Security Movers DO NOT USE!! PLEASE READ THIS!! What $3,750 should NOT buy you. ripoff Tampa Florida
What $3,750 should NOT buy you:
1) They arrived 3 days late in Boston.
2) They delivered 2 days late in Tampa.
3) Had to pay a extra $180 Western Union wire transfer fee because they chose not to honor our previously discussed payment arrangements. They promised to cover this fee but have not.
4) They did not protectively wrap anything, basically threw it all in the back of a dirty truck so everything is FILTHY.
5) Had to pay $150 to have our couch cleaned (not to mention the new holes in it).
6) Dry cleaning/laundering bill is up to $900 and counting due to the way that our clothes were packed.
7) Scratched our $1500 television.
8) My computer will not boot up (static damage: will likely need a new motherboard).
8) Cosmetically damaged our bedroom furniture.
9) Parts of a wine rack, lamp, and vacuum cleaner are missing.
10) Broke $100+ worth of glassware (packed with pots and pans?).
11) WON'T RETURN MY CALLS TO DISCUSS THE DAMAGE!!
If they returned my calls and were making some type of decent effort to make good on things thay had promised and some of the damage to our belongings, then I would not have posted this complaint.
