praying on the down and out people they promise to change your life at no cost. they say a panel has handpick your name because of the special qualities you have and they will teach you how to use them to make money and find love and happyness and all along saying at no cost to you until you recieve there second letter then they want 139.95 which is supposely at a discount price which they deman right now its a good thing i spent a little time on the internet and found out that the nouveau tect society was being run by a crazy scram actist
