 I ordered a sweater online for my boyfriend's christmas present on December 2, 2013. I waited until the estimated ship date past, which was between December 4 to December 14, 2013. I emailed the company for the status of my order on December 17, 2013. I sent one more email the same day to cancel my oroder. By then i was frustrated with the site as I could not find a phone number to contact someone in person. I received an auto confirmation for both my request, which said they will respond within 24 hours. This is what the confirmation said below. Hello, Thanks for your email. This is an automated response confirming that we have received your inquiry. We're currently experiencing an unusually high volume of emails and unfortunately it may take us several days to respond to your email. We're adding additional staff and are working around the clock to answer all emails in the order they were received. We're very sorry for the wait and apologize for the inconvenience. In the meantime please remember that you can check you order status by clicking on the order number link in your order or ship confirmation email. Sincerely, MyPlay Direct How is our Customer Service? After cancelling the order, I was still searching online for a phone number to the site, and found the Ripoff report site. I contacted my credit union and Visa Fraud Prevention and informed them I am not authorizing the transaction to go through and what happened and why I cancelled.
