The Pavilions At Providence Las Vegas, NV The manager does not do what she says she will do, Her name is Toni and she made me pay almost $200 more than she quoted me 2 days ago. A very dishonest group here. Las Vegas, Nevada
When my son was deployed his final rent was due. Since he was overseas I made at least 5 attempts to pay the balance on his apt rent.
Each time I was told that they couldn't accept a payment. I was told that they would keep his file from collections. well they turned it into a collections company anyway and added $197.00 to the balance. Even though Toni the manager said she would not.
They are dishonest and held me ransom to pay the up charge or else they would put it on my son's credit rating.
I made several attempts to pay this and each time they said I couldn't because he was no longer a resident of the apt. complex.
What a Rip OFF.
