Ms. Carly Elizabeth Jones a.k.a. Ms. Carly Elizabeth Connors has been running an illegal enterprise since January 2013.

 

She is not paying taxes and is not reporting her full income. She does not have a business employer identification number and is not reporting her income under her social security number as she is running a cash-based business. She is also not keeping track of her income using any accounting software.

 

Her illegal enterprise can be validated through the office of Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation. Ms. Jones is required to pay back funds due to unemployment fraud. She was reported for collecting Pennsylvania UC benefits illegally as she started a business. This can be verified not only PA UC Benefits but also through her previous employer Electron Energy Corporation. Ms. Jones now conducts business and resides at 909 Longenecker Road, Mount Joy PA 17552. Ms. Jones has been evicted from two previous places where she was running her home-based business. Her phone number 717-449-4285 is and e-mail address is [email protected].

 

The first place of business was conducted at The Villas of Castleton, 310 Honeysuckle Dr, Marietta, PA 17547.

 

Ms. Jones was evicted from the property in January 2013 after failure to pay more than $4,000.

 

The second place of business was then conducted at 20 N. Jacob Street in Mount Joy. According to her landlord, Matt Hoffer:

 

“Carly was unable to pay June’s rent at 20 N. Jacob Street, Mount Joy, PA 17552 and was evicted.”

 

This area is also zoned residential.

 

Ms. Jones had formed a partnership with Uniquely Vintage at 362 Hereford Road, Elizabethtown 17002. This was advertised in the local press, Lancaster Newspapers. Ms. Jones did not file an operating agreement with the owner, Daphne Greenwalt and the owner.  She has a record of Ms. Jones’ business transactions before Ms. Jones left.

All would have record of Ms. Jones’ business transactions before she left.

 

She is presently working with Mark Erb, owner of 909 Longenecker Rd, Mount Joy, PA 17552 who owns a $590,000 operation with five employees.
