The Postmaster Metro PCS store in Pasadena, RUDE, INCOMPETENT STAFF.

Not knowledgable of the phones they sell. 

I bought a new phone, it was less than 30 days old. It wouldnt turn on. I took it in. They didnt know how to do anything.

They sent me to the warranty store in El Monte. At the warranty store, they apologised for the Postmaster's incompetence.

All they had to do was re boot the phone, it should have been shown to me when I bought the phone, because it doesnt have a removeable battery. this is a comon problem, should have been shouwn when I boguth the phone. Should have been shouwn how to reboot phone when i bught it.

 

When I went in to complain to Postmaster PCS store, they threw me out and told me never to come back.

 

No customer serivce, nothing but rude, idiots.
