So I went to The puppy experience to check out their dogs, just for fun. I wanted a puppy but not for the moment. They had a separate room with dogs in cages and of course I got eye contact with one of the puppies. Someone who worked there asked me if I wanted to hold him but I said No because he looked very skinny, sick and sad. The last thing I wanted to do was to fall in love with a sick puppy and end up buying him cause I felt sad for him. I quickly left the store because it hurt to look at the puppies.

The next morning I realized that the puppy was meant to be mine, no matter how sick he was he needed a home.

I went over to the puppy experience and met the puppy. He was a "minchi" and I had no clue what that was. The lady in the store told me it was a "design breed" between a chihuahua and a miniature pincher. Whatever I thought, this puppy and I were meant to be together! He was already 5 months old but still a shocking $1100 and I also had to buy their special dog food.

I flew home with my new puppy (live in florida) and took him to the vet for a check up the first week. He had parasites. They also told me he was way too skinny.

Luckily parasites is not a big deal except if took me 4 treatments and $300 to remove the parasites.

After a few weeks I thought it would be fun to have a breed DNA test on him to see if he really was a min pin/chihuahua, since he didn't really look like those breeds.

I got the results that were 99.9% sure. He was a chihuahua, jack russel, silky terrier and something else. Hmmm

I called the puppy experience to tell them about these results and just for fun ask them if they really buy puppys from safe breeders. Their response was "hmm how weird, yes we really trust our breeders."

I didn't really think it was fair for me to pay $1100 for basically a mut from a puppy mill when they had told me that he was a designer breed. (Not that I care what he is).

So after a few light arguments they agreed to pay me back $400.

I thanked them and waited for my check... Which of course never showed up!

I called them over and over again since the owner had promised me my money but they claimed that he was on vacation for 3 weeks and I had to wait.

Eventually they blocked my number!
