The Repiling Specialists Steve Morrow Purchased Steel from me but won't pay for it. Christchurch Nationwide
Steve Morrow opened a branch of his company RePiling Specialists in Christchurch from Hamilton to benefit from the destruction caused by the earthquakes.
He purchased some steel beams from Bromley Steel for house re-levelling. The steel was supplied the steel to them on the assurance that we would be paid by return.
The payment has never arrived. I have telephoned the owner "Steve Morrow" several times and had a myriad of excuses i.e. he is out of town - will deal with it on his return, his server hasn't been working - will attend to it straight away etc etc.
He does not return phone calls and has given up replying to my emails with his fruitless promises.
I have spoken with his office lady and Christchurch manager and asked them for payment. The debt is undisputed.
This man should not be operating in Christchurch or in New Zealand as he obviously goes around the country ripping people off. He should be shut down.

The issue is now resolved!
Christchurch has suffered major earthquakes with damage far exceeding the governments original assessments.
The government sought aid from companies who were specialists in their field to aid Christchurch with the repair. However, on arrival into the city, it was discovered that the organisations controlling the repairs were simply not prepared for this aid (i.e Re-Pile Specialists) and thus held up the repair for several months.
We acknowledge Re-Pile Specialists expertise in their field has been invaluable with their aid to our city.
Bromley Steel is now satisfied that we have reached an amicable payment plan and the issue is resolved!
