On 2/11/06 I ordered a sofa, chair and ottoman from Jason at the Ray Road location. He informed me that the furniture was in stock and could be delivered to me the next day. After the order was placed he came back and said it wasn't in stock and said it'll be next week, (the week of the twelfth) fine, no problem I said

The week goes by so on 2/18 I called and Jason still doesn't know anything about it said he would go find out and call me back, he never called me back.

After another week on 2/28 spoke with him once again, I said look the least you could do for my inconvenience is knock off the $50.00 delivery charge or I maybe I should just cancel the order then, he was extremely rude to me for no reason and said well I guess we don't have anything else to talk about then and hung up on me.

I called back and spoke to Bruce the store manager about the situation he explained to me that it is store policy to send out what was in stock and then deliver the rest of the merchandise when it becomes available so I said OK have it delivered then Jason called back to apologize. Bruce informed me that the chair and ottoman was in, its been in the whole time, sorry we'll have it delivered to you the next day. But he still didn't know where the couch is.

I get a phone call that night saying the chair and ottoman will be delivered on 3/1 8:30-12:30. @ 12:30 the next day I called only to find out it wasn't in stock but no one notified me! I was sitting around for four hours! Called and spoke to assistant manager Dee who I once again explained the situation and how dissatisfied I was and she said Bruce would be in at 3PM and I'll call you then, no phone call UNBELEIVABLE!!

I called today 3/2 because still no phone call and found out yesterday was the managers day off as is today so I asked who is in charge to the girl who answered the phone she said no one right now. I said so you guys are unsupervised? she said Dee will be in at 2:00 call back then or tomorrow and hung up on me! Still no Couch and nothing has been resolved. I'm utterly appalled by the way your company has treated me and the amount if time I have waited is immeasurable. It's been 3 weeks, no furniture no satisfaction or closure. This is the kind of behavior I see on the news IE. 3 On Your Side. So, in conclusion I would like to know how your going to rectify this situation for me and bring closure to this terrible situation I have experienced.
