The Room Store Poor customer service! spring, Texas
I purchased a sofa just over a yr ago &have have had a service rep out 3 times to trim the fibers that are coming thru the fabric. They said it was a default in the fabric and would replace the sofa covers. That was Nov Dec of last yr. I called Monday to find out where the coves were ans was told they couldn't replace them because the store went out if business. They want to comp me 250.00 the sofa was almost 800.00 I am so pissed &I embarrassed for company to sit on my sofa. HELP!!!!
