The Roomstore Huge RIPOFF POOF QUALITY FURNITURE Glendale Arizona
I went to The Roomstore for quality furniture. I purchased a $4800.00 bedroom set. After one month the ardmoire stated cracking a peeling. I called and someone from came to look at problem. He stated that the problem was caused due to water. I disagreed and all they would reply was that it cause by water. Well, my footboard and armoire do not have the same texture and supposely they are the same wood quality. JIM the Supervisor also stated that becuase it did not agree with them that it was caused by water he would just not fix problem.
I reported the Better Business Bureau and he would always reply back it was caused by water. Please advise me on what I need to do to get my armoire replace or fix. Also, they should be put out of BUSINESS. And the Phoenix Suns stop appearing on the commercials for cheap quality FURNITURE.
