The Roomstore ripoff No apology for poor customer service They are the rudest bunch I've ever seen. York Pennsylvania
We explained we wouldn't be home until 4 P.M. to receive our delivery. We were told this wouldn't be a problem and they said if it was they would call.
They showed up at 3:30, and we missed delivery. I called for re-delivery and was treated like garbage, and was not apologized to as well. I was told the delivery would be between 11 am to 3 pm.
I felt concerned about the person's tone, so I called the actual store I bought the merchandise from, and asked if they could check my delivery time on there computer. She was rude as well, and told me delivery is between 3pm to 7 pm. Basically they were telling me somewhere in 8 hours my furniture would be here. They are the rudest bunch I've ever seen.
