The Rowner Renewal Partnership The Rowner Regeneration.COMMON PURPOSE The Rowner Regeneration started with John Prescott and Julia Middleton Common Purpose around 2000 Gosport and Portsmouth and Rowner Internet
The Rowner Regeneration officially started in 2007 however the true date has to be around 2000 as this was the date date Julia Middleton (COMMON PURPOSE} worked on regenerations in John Prescott's office.
The Rowner Renewal Partnership bought a five year option to buy the Freehold of Rowner Village in 20005 however they did not enter it in the Land Registery books until 2007 the press relaese date.
There were 301 leasehold flats of which twenty six were majority investor flats which were made up of ten flats or more. These were secretly offered £50,000 each plus around eight thousand compensation for each flat they owned. which they excepted, the rest of us were offered around £20,000 up till around £30,000
We have had to live with the buildings being demolished around us from 2008 until 2012 while we were being offerd poultry amounts for our flats, it would seem to any fair minded person that we have been offerd an under payment of around seven million pounds. Many of us have still not recieved our compensations now as as we now sit in February 2015.
These Common Purpose engineered Regenerations do not set out to be fair just to take peoples properties cheaply.
